# Architecture in Dubai

> Collaborative Architecture in Dubai: The Souk for Dubai Design Week, the Iconic Mosque for Emaar, and the Bearys Wafira residences and experience center.

In Dubai the studio designed The Souk, a cluster of three timber pods around a small square that won the installation program of Dubai Design Week in 2019, and a competition design for a new mosque for Emaar, conceived as a civic landmark and a center for tolerance. It also designed the Bearys Wafira residences and the Bearys Wafira Experience Center. In the Gulf it has worked in Bahrain and Qatar, and its Riyadh studio, Collaborative Architecture SA, serves clients in Saudi Arabia.
