Architecture in the Middle East

From its studio in Riyadh and its headquarters in Mumbai, Collaborative Architecture works across the Gulf and North Africa. In Dubai, The Souk won the installation program of Dubai Design Week 2019, the studio designed a competition proposal for the Iconic Mosque for Emaar, and the Bearys Wafira residences and experience center are under way. In Bahrain the studio designed The Iconic Gateway for Diyar Al Muharraq, and in Doha, Spicy Route, a hospitality project. For the 2027 Venice Biennale it proposed The Measured City for the National Pavilion of the United Arab Emirates and 1 × 1 for Bahrain. The studio takes on commissions in all six GCC states, Egypt and Morocco.
